He posed problems for all the top players especially Sampras who he beat 6 times. Apart from showing up for consecutive Grand Slams for years, he holds another record for slowest beard growth on a tennis player.

In the words of Wayne, “I’ve never been able to grow a beard, so I just thought I’d see how long it takes me. It’s been a long time, about a month, and it’s still not quite there.” Now you know.
