You would never want to see your name drawn against Arthurs on a hard or grass court, not unless you could hold serve as well as he could. A journeyman, but always dangerous and a big asset to the Aussie Davis Cup squad who played well into his 30s.

Famous For: A serving machine – In 2002 he led ATP circuit in four service categories – career-high 807 aces, service games won (90 percent), first serve points won (81 percent) and break points saved (73 percent)… Became first player to lead four serving categories since Sampras in 1995.
